Unna - Administration Building, Germany

Bilfinger Berger Project Investments (BBPI) is the lead investor in “Projektgesellschaft Kreishaus Unna GmbH” (PBKU) a project company which redeveloped, renovated and now operates the Administration Building of the Unna District in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany for a period of 25 years.

The project included the temporary relocation of district services during the construction period of the new facilities.
This is one of the first true public-private-partnership projects to be realized in Germany.
