It will have 4 accommodation units; a gatehouse/visitors' area; a service centre with kitchen, health care unit and library; 4 workshops; a gymnasium and an outdoor sports area.
The Bilfinger Berger Group's Building Division, Leipzig office, will be responsible for planning, design and construction, the Bilfinger Berger subsidiary HSG Technischer Service for the operation and the partner Kötter Justizdienstleistungen will provide the facility management services.
